Meet the Library Resource Centre Team

The library resource centre team provides a library service that is central to our school community's needs.  We support a program run in conjunction with inquiry skills and information literacy embedded in the Australian Curriculum. This teaches students to access and utilize relevant information, understand where and how to locate it, and more importantly, how to transfer and apply these vital skills to key areas of their learning and life outside of the school environment.

The Learning Support Team

The Resource Centre is also the location for the Learning Support Team, who are a group of specialized staff aimed at supporting students with non-verified learning difficulties.

They include: Ms Skye Roxby (Specialist Teacher- Literacy), Mr Ashley Cross (Specialist Teacher- Numeracy), Ms Leonie Douyere (Speech Language Pathologist), Ms Natalie Rose (EAL/D teacher), Mr Ben Reynolds (HOD- Teaching and Learning- Education Service).

Resource Centre Teacher's Aide

The Resource Centre Teacher’s Aide assists in promoting and developing the Resource Centre in the provision of an effective and efficient information service to staff and students.  Specific duties include ordering, cataloguing and processing of resources, collection maintenance, management of audio-visual and multimedia collection, and assisting patrons with locating and retrieving resources.
