 As a Casual Relief Cleaner, you will be contacted when additional cleaning support is required or when a permanent employee is absent on leave.   Working as part of our collaborative Facilities team, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our students, staff and visitors.

 This may include:

• Performing general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, amenities and shared areas.

• Cleaning and maintaining facilities to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.

• Restocking consumable supplies and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and in accordance with workplace procedures.

• Working cooperatively with other members of the cleaning team to support the operational needs of the school.

• Following workplace health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe environment for yourself and others.

Casual Relief Cleaner Hours

The span of hours across the week for our Casual Relief Cleaners vary depending on operational requirements and may include morning and/or afternoon cleaning shifts split between 4am – 8am and 2pm to 6pm daily.
