Year 10 and Year 12 2026 Uniform changes 

​​​In support of the 2026 school uniform requirements, we have prepared this information to help explain the changes required for students entering Year 10 and Year 12 in 2026.​ Letter to parents regarding Changes to Year 10 and Year 12 Uniform in 2026 (PDF, 455KB).​​​

• We encourage families moving to our school to email the uniform shop prior to their commencement date to arrange an appointment. 
• Current students do not need an appointment to be fitted in the uniform shop.

• The Cavendish Road State High School Parents' and Citizens' Association has endorsed the policy of the wearing of the uniforms decided by the School Executive team, in consultation with the school community.  
• Formal uniforms are worn to and from school every day except Tuesday (Year 7- 9) and Wednesday (Year 10 -12), when full sports uniform may be worn. 
• When Physical Education classes require the wearing of the sports uniform, students will change before class and change back into their formal uniform at the end of the class.  
• All aspects of the uniform are to be well maintained, clean and where applicable, recently ironed.

Uniform and Dress Code Policy

• ​​Donations of 'new style' uniforms from past and current students in good, washed condition are gratefully accepted by the Uniform Shop or Student Services.
• Donations more than what is needed will be sold in the Uniform Shop with the proceeds going to the P&C and school.
• Please drop off donations of “New Style" uniforms to the Uniform Shop during trading hours.
• The Uniform Shop no longer sells second hand uniforms on consignment from parents. 
• A P&C Facebook group has been set up for parents to buy and sell items privately where preferred - go to the Cavendish Road SHS Second Hand. This is a closed group so you will need to apply to join and wait for approval. Online Purchasing via MSA

• Ordering online is our preferred way of purchasing uniforms. 
• Sizing charts are available to assist you.
• Online orders can be collected during trading hours.
• Please note there will be additional collection times during back to school.​
  

Flexischools Online Ordering and Payment ​

Online orders are now closed and will reopen on Monday, 19 January 2026 and can be made via Flexischools.​

How to set up your Flexischools account

1. Register with Flexischools - Open your Flexischools app and click ‘Register External link'.

1. Submit your email to create an account.
2. In your inbox, open the registration email.
3. Click the link within and follow registration prompts in app.
   

2. Enter your child’s details - Once your account is set up, log into your Flexischools app

1. Select ‘Profile’ icon on the navigation bar. 
2. Under ‘Students’, click ‘Add new’. 
3. Enter your child’s name, school, year level, and class. Click ‘Submit’.

3. Order and pay with ease!
